About this event
A Press Information Bureau release on the social justice ministry's 2026-27 fair calendar confirms the Surajkund Mela will be held at Faridabad in February 2027. The mela, organised by the Surajkund Mela Authority with Haryana Tourism and the Union ministries of Tourism, Textiles, Culture and External Affairs, keeps a fixed first-fortnight-of-February slot at the Surajkund fairground, with a theme state, folk performance stages and craft and food stalls from across India and abroad. The record carries 1 to 15 February on that standing pattern and is graded expected until the authority publishes the edition's exact closing day and theme state.
