About this event
The Manipur Tourism Policy 2022, published by the Department of Tourism, Government of Manipur, states that Kut is held on 1 November every year, generally at the 1st Battalion Manipur Rifles Parade Ground in Imphal or at a venue decided by the State Level Kut Committee. The 2026 date is projected from that official annual rule, so the record is graded expected. Kut is the post-harvest thanksgiving festival of the Kuki-Chin-Mizo communities.
