About this event
Hindi press reported on 26 October 2026 that Lucknow Nagar Nigam has approved the 2026-27 Katki Mela tender, awarded to M/s Khushi Traders at Rs 4.61 crore, with the fair to run for 45 days from 24 November 2026 to 7 January 2027 at Jhulelal Vatika on the Gomti riverfront. The mela is Lucknow's traditional winter fair of swings, food stalls and household goods. The dates rest on the municipal tender decision as reported, not on a published fair programme, so the record is graded expected.
