About this event
This BWF International Challenge, sanctioned by the Badminton World Federation and Badminton Asia, marks the Karnataka Badminton Association's diamond jubilee and carries US$25,000 in prize money. The Badminton Association of India prospectus places it at the KBA's Badminton Hall on Jasma Bhavan Road, Vasanth Nagar, from 27 October to 1 November 2026, and the tournament was inaugurated in Bengaluru on 27 October. The run opened just before this calendar's November window and is included because it closes in window, the same treatment given to other straddling records. An earlier calendar listing placed an India International Challenge in Raipur on these dates; Badminton Asia's current listing for the slot is titled as a change of location, and the BAI prospectus places the tournament in Bengaluru.
