About this event
The organiser's official site, opened for this record, invites runners to the 15th edition of the Freshworks Chennai Marathon on Sunday 3 January 2027, with full marathon, twenty miler, half marathon and 10K categories, powered by Chennai Runners. The record is graded expected because the opened pages state the date but not the 2027 start venue; the 2026 edition started at Napier Bridge on Marina Beach. This is the race long known as the Wipro Chennai Marathon. No price is shown because the opened pages did not state entry fees.
